Wynnstay Properties Plc, the AIM listed property investment and development company focused on Industrial, Retail and Office in the South and East of England, is pleased to announce that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 25 March 2016 are available for download from the Company's website: http://www.wynnstayproperties.co.uk and will shortly be posted to registered shareholders.

Together with the annual report and accounts is a Notice of Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy which will shortly be available on the Company's website. The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting at The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS on Wednesday, 13th July 2016, at 12.00 noon.
