Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 15 June 2016, a number of employees exercised options over 2,454 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2013.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 2,454 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 22 June 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,708,403 Ordinary Shares in issue.
