Speedy Hire Plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 13 July 2016 at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NQ.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted to shareholders:

·     Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016 ("Annual Report");

·     Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

·     Form of Proxy.
