The Company was informed on 14th June 2016 that, following a change in the total voting rights as a result of the recent share buyback activity announced on 15th June 2016, the total holding of Tim Martin and his connected persons now represents 29.0% of voting rights.

The total number of shares held by Tim Martin and his connected persons remains unchanged at 33,466,934.
