The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2016, and the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 19 July 2016, has been sent to shareholders.  

The 2016 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available on the Assura plc website at http://assuraplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations/

The AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 19 July 2016 at the offices Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG.
