Director's Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that The Mrs JA Medley Discretionary Settlement 2012 Trust ("the Trust") purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 495 pence per share on 14 June 2016.  Following this transaction the Trust holds 10,000 ordinary shares representing 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.  Mr Toby Parker, Finance Director of the Company, is a trustee and beneficiary of the Trust,

In addition to his interest in the Trust Mr. Parker has a direct interest in 10,250 ordinary shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
