STERLING CONVERSION RATE FOR 2015 FINAL DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited, a leading global finance firm focused on law, has previously proposed a 2015 final dividend of 5.67 US cents per share to be paid on 17 June 2016 to shareholders on record as of 27 May 2016.

For shareholders who receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend is 3.920348 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.4463 set on 6 June 2016.
