DIRECTOR DEALING

Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, was notified yesterday that Mrs Sarah Clothier, the wife of Chairman Richard Clothier, purchased 2,906 ordinary shares in Robinson plc at a price of 172p per share on 8 June 2016. Accordingly Richard Clothier is now interested in a total of 37,882 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
