Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights - Correction

The Company announces that it was notified today that it was incorrectly notified of the total number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") purchased as set out in the announcement on 27 May 2016 at 7am (RNS Number 4720Z). The Company acquired 31,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 May 2016 as opposed to 30,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above clarification the Company confirms as at today's date it has 44,289,288 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,138,202 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company at today's date is 41,151,086.
