Agreement with Jurie Wessels

Further to the announcement of 18th February 2016, the Company and the Directors wish to announce that an amicable separation agreement has been agreed to between Mr Jurie Wessels, who resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, and the Company.  The Board wishes to thank Mr Wessels for his 12 years of service since founding the Company and extends its gratitude for his invaluable efforts and contributions to the Company's projects since he became Chief Executive Officer in 2009.  The Board wishes him well for the future.
