Grant of warrants

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the Group focused on the commercialisation of graphene and other advanced materials, announces that on 3 June 2016 it granted warrants to subscribe for 28,818 new ordinary shares in the Company to a service provider.

The exercise price of the warrants is 173.50 pence, being the mid-market price of a Haydale ordinary share at the close of business on the day before the date of grant. The warrants are exercisable immediately and expire on the fifth anniversary of grant.

Following this grant the total number of warrants and options unexercised in the Company is 1,458,775 representing approximately 9.57 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The total voting rights in the Company are 15,236,946. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
