Trinity, an independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that it is posting to shareholders today copies of the Report and Accounts together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, Third Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG on Thursday, 30 June 2015 at 9:30 a.m. 

A copy of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website, www.trinityexploration.com.
