DLG was notified on 2 June 2016 that, on 27 May 2016, the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") purchased ordinary shares of 10 10/11 pence each in DLG ("Shares"), and were allocated one Share for every two Shares purchased free of charge ("Matching Shares") under the BAYE. This was a non-discretionary transaction.
