1.         2014 Performance Share Plan Award

On 1 June 2016, under the terms of the Helical Bar plc Performance Share Plan 2014 approved at the Annual General Meeting of 25 July 2014, the following share awards were made to the directors of the Company at the closing mid-market price on 31 May 2016 of 395.00p:
