Director Share Purchase 

The Company announces that it has been informed today that Nick Parker, Chief Financial Officer, has today purchased 20,300 ordinary shares of £0.005 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 245 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nick Parker is beneficially interested in 20,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.14% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. In addition, Nick Parker also holds options to acquire 500,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable from 17 February 2018 until 17 February 2026.
