Sound Energy, the Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 to shareholders today, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY on Wednesday, 29 June 2016 at 12:00 p.m.
