On 31 May 2016, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Collis BVBA had, on the same day, purchased 6,300 ordinary shares of the Company at an average price of £8.50 per share. Collis BVBA now owns 11,687 ordinary shares of the Company.

Collis BVBA is a company that is 50 per cent owned by Lieven Bergmans, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company, and additionally 50 per cent owned by Katrien Vinken, a connected person of Lieven Bergmans.
