Total Voting Rights

In accordance with FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) advises that its capital consists of 73,900,012 ordinary shares of 1p each. The voting rights of these shares are identical, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds 1,281,522 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of the Company's ordinary shares with voting rights is 72,618,490.

This figure of 72,618,490 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
