UK SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN

The Company was notified on 1 June 2016 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the provider of the all employee Share Incentive Plan ('SIP'), of the award of 13 Free Shares in the Company to eligible employees.  The shares have been awarded on 1 June 2016 and allocated at £15.21 per share and shall be held in trust for a minimum of 3 years from date of award.
