The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 June 2016, 950,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 96.5p per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 10,254,214

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 151,705,796 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 161,960,010. Each share has one voting right.
