Appointment of Non-Executive Director

NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that Tim Aspinall will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 June 2016.

Tim has over 30 years' experience as a lawyer and is currently CEO of Aspinall Consultants Limited, a management consultancy business which advises law firms, investors and new legal entrants. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Premier Medical Holdings Limited, one of the UK's leading providers of medical reports for use in personal injury claims, and was previously Managing Partner at DMH Stallard LLP.
