In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(a), Hostelworld Group Plc  ("Hostelworld") announces that it was notified on 30 May 2016 that on 27 May 2016 Feargal Mooney acquired 84,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.01 each in the capital of Hostelworld ("Ordinary Shares") in the UK at a price of £1.8025 per Ordinary Share and John O'Donnell acquired 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the UK at a price of £1.814 per Ordinary Share.
