Notification of Executive Director share dealings

On 25 May 2016, Executive Directors of the Company exercised certain nil cost share options awarded in 2012 and 2013 under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and Matching Share Plan ("MSP").  Details of the transactions are set out in the table below. 

Following these transactions, the Executive Directors interest in shares of the Company remains unchanged at 1,575,594 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, which represents 0.187% of the issued share capital, and they hold LTIP awards over 4,416,327 ordinary shares of 25p each in the company, which remain subject to performance conditions and/or holding periods.
