Bellway p.l.c. (the “Company”)

Block Listings Cancellations

Bellway p.l.c. currently has Ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (“Shares”) block listed under the following share option schemes (“Schemes”):

Bellway p.l.c. (1996) Employee Share Option Scheme                    495,523

Bellway p.l.c. (2005) Employee Share Option Scheme                    81,070

Bellway p.l.c. (2007) Employee Share Option Scheme                    23,100

All outstanding options under these Schemes have now been exercised and these Schemes have now closed. 

As a result the block listings associated with these Schemes have been cancelled.  No allotments have been made under these Schemes since the last block listing return made up to 30 November 2015 was released on 2 December 2015.
