In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 26 May 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 8,103 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.87 per share. The shares, representing 0.015% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Lawshares Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 152,435 shares being 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
