Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed yesterday that as a result of the acquisition of 625,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0003125 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the fundraising announced on 20 May 2016, Pelamis Investments Limited ("Pelamis Investments") is now the beneficial owner of  627,800,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr. David Steinepreis, who holds 65,000,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name, is a shareholder and director of Pelamis Investments. As a result, Mr. David Steinepreis has an interest in a total of 692,800,000 Ordinary Shares which is equivalent to 18.35 per cent of the Company's  issued share capital.
