CLNR, the natural resources investing company with oil and gas assets in the North Sea, announces that further to yesterday's announcement detailing Chris Matchette-Downes' purchase of 89,528 shares in CLNR at a price of 1.23 pence per share on 12 May 2016, the non-executive director purchased a further 23,592 CLNR shares at 1.23 pence per share on the same day.  This secondary purchase brings Chris Matchette-Downes' total holding to 113,120 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the Company's total issued share capital.
