Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 23 May 2016, an employee exercised share options in accordance with the rules of the 2012 LTIS scheme.

No new ordinary shares have been issued to satisfy the LTIS awards. Following the exercise of options, the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") has transferred 300 ordinary shares to satisfy the awards. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 211,205 ordinary shares, representing 1.54% of the Company's current voting rights.
