Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that Sean Lippell, a Non-Executive Director, is stepping down from the Board today with immediate effect.  The Board would like to thank Sean for his input and contribution since his appointment in November 2013.

The Group will appoint a new Non-Executive Director in due course and a further announcement will be made at an appropriate time.
