Further to the Company's announcement of 9 May 2016, Brave Bison notifies that Kevin Deeley has today been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer.

Kevin Deeley has today been granted options over 7,114,295 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The options are exercisable at 5 pence per Share, and will vest, subject to continued employment, equally over a three-year period. Additionally, on 18 May 2016 he made a market purchase of 444,500 Shares at 4.5 pence per share. As a result, his interest in the Company now comprises 1,988,859 Shares (0.35 per cent. of the Company's existing issued shares) and 8,493,684 options.
