Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, was notified yesterday that Mrs Julia Glossop, the wife of non-executive director Anthony Glossop, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in Robinson plc at a price of 170p per share on 17 May 2016. In addition, the Company was notified today that Mrs Glossop purchased a further 6,760 shares at a price of 175p per share on 18 May 2016. Accordingly Anthony Glossop is now interested in a total of 196,922 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 1.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
