DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Hebb as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Ian Smith, previously Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, has left the Company with effect from 13 May 2016.

Andrew Hebb was previously Interim Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at KBC Advanced Technologies plc whilst the company was quoted on AIM. Since 2009 Andrew has been a professional Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a number of companies in both the professional services and technology markets. Prior to that, as CFO he helped build Hedra plc into a major public sector consulting business which was sold to Mouchel Group plc in 2008. Previously Andrew held CFO and operational roles in major UK companies. He brings a breadth of experience whilst a permanent replacement is recruited.
