ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE QUARTERLY REPORT

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À.R.L, as Sole Administrator and Alternative Investment Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA, announces that the Quarterly Report as of 31 March 2016 will be available on May 13, 2016, 8:30 AM (Romania time) on the Fund's official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, in the Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results » and at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 78 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ANUNT REFERITOR LA RAPORTUL TRIMESTRIAL

Franklin Templeton International Services S.À.R.L, în calitate de Administrator Unic și Administrator de Fond de Investiții Alternative al Fondului Proprietatea SA, informează că Raportul trimestrial la 31 martie 2016 al administratorului Fondului Proprietatea SA  va fi disponibil incepand cu data de 13 mai 2016, ora 8.30 (ora Romaniei) pe pagina oficială de internet a Fondului: www.fondulproprietatea.ro, la Secţiunea «Relaţii cu Investitorii / Rezultate Financiare»,  precum şi la sediul social al Fondului din Bucureşti, Str. Buzeşti nr. 78 - 80, etaj 7, sector 1, România, de luni până vineri, între orele 09.00 - 17.00.
