Playtech (LSE: PTEC) notes today's announcement by the Restaurant Group plc (LSE: RTN) that Alan Jackson has retired from its Board following its Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Jackson's intention to retire from the Restaurant Group plc was communicated to its shareholders in 2014 and reiterated in January 2016.
