Exercise of Share Options

Ebiquity plc announces that it has issued 38,063 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise by employees of options under the Company's share option schemes.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 17 May 2016 ("Admission").  Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Total voting rights

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 77,199,751 Ordinary Shares and a total of 72,999,751 voting rights.

Note 1

The Ebiquity plc 2010 Employee Benefit Trust holds 4,200,000 issued Ordinary Shares to satisfy awards for the Company's senior management team. To date these awards have not been exercised and the trustee has agreed not to vote the Ordinary Shares held by it.  As such 4,200,000 Ordinary Shares are treated as not carrying voting rights for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
