Kingspan Group plc announces that on 9 May 2016 it disposed of 19,038 of its Treasury Shares.  The Treasury Shares were transferred at a price of EUR22.66 per share.

Following the above transfer, the Company holds 1,919,219 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company now has 177,423,283 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
