Premier Foods announces that Jennifer Laing, non-executive director and Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, has been separately appointed as a non-executive director of Conviviality plc with effect from 9 May 2016. Jennifer Laing retired as non-executive director of InterContinental Hotels Group plc on 6 May 2016.
