NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 15 June 2016 at 10.00 a.m.

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2015 (the “Accounts”) have been posted to shareholders with the Notice of AGM also mailed on 6 May 2016.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice, and the Annual Report and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
