Sound Energy, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that it has today been notified by Method Investments & Advisory Ltd ("Method") that, following a disposal on 29 April 2016, Simplify SCA Sicav-FIS (Sub-account Simplify 2_Classic)("Simplify") is now interested in 12,265,789 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Method acts as delegated investment manager to Simplify.
