Exercise of options, Directors' dealings and Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the exercise of options, LTG confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,100,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.  Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 5 May 2016.

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 418,694,419 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company holds 404,340 shares in treasury.  The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Of the options exercised Dale Solomon (Chief Operating Officer) exercised 1,065,000 options at an exercise price of 1.88 pence per share which were subsequently sold at a price of 34.00 pence per share.

On the same day Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) acquired 350,000 shares in the Company at a price of 34.00 pence per share.
