TUI AG has been advised that Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A.U. ("Parques"), Madrid/Spain completed its Initial Public Offering on 29 April 2016 and is now listed on the Spanish Stock Exchanges.  Under the terms of LR 9.6.14R TUI AG announces that Peter Long joined the Board of Parcques as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 13 April 2016.
