Change of Director

Saga plc ("the Company") announces that Jamie Arnell, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

His resignation is the result of the share placing undertaken by Acromas Bid Co Limited on 21 April 2016. Following this placing, Charterhouse, the private equity investor Jamie represents, will cease to be indirect shareholder of the Company. This is in accordance with the Relationship Agreement dated 8 May 2014. 

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Jamie for his significant contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
