Premier Physical Healthcare Secures Nine Additional Prison Contracts

The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 15 March 2016, Premier Physical Healthcare Limited ("Premier"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Totally, has secured nine additional prison contracts covering 21 locations around the UK with Care UK. These contracts are for a minimum of five years, with the total value of the nine contracts being circa £300,000 per annum.

Premier currently works with Care UK in a number of British prisons, providing musculoskeletal services including physiotherapy and podiatry. This is an expanding part of Premier's business, offering new routes to market for a wide range of musculoskeletal care solutions.

Premier has been providing physiotherapy and podiatry services in UK prisons for approximately two years and is now believed to be amongst the leading musculoskeletal healthcare providers for these services across the UK.

Wendy Lawrence, Chief Executive of Totally said: "I am delighted that Premier has secured the additional contracts which expands the business across England and is the first announcement regarding developments with Premier Physical Healthcare since its acquisition was completed on 1 April."

About Premier Physical Healthcare

Since its establishment in 1997, Premier has offered physiotherapy, podiatry and ergonomics services to a variety of clients. Premier provides a comprehensive range of treatments and advice for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Premier's clinical staff are chartered physiotherapists, state registered podiatrists, occupational therapists and rehabilitation specialists. The majority of Premier's revenue is derived from the provision of physiotherapy and podiatry to National Health Service patients. Totally completed the acquisition of Premier in April 2016.
