Dividend Declaration

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and active asset management, is pleased to announce that it has declared a fourth quarterly dividend of 4.75 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2016. The dividend per share for the year totals 18.50 pence.

The quarterly dividend will be paid as follows:

2.75 pence per share will be paid as a REIT Property Income Distribution (PID); and

2.00 pence per share will be paid as a normal dividend.

The dividend payment date will be 13 May 2016 and will be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 29 April 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 28 April 2016.
