Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 14 April 2016, an employee exercised options over 170 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2012.

The Company also received notice that, on the same date, an employee exercised options over 360 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2014.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 530 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 21 April 2016.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,677,356 Ordinary Shares in issue.
