REVISION TO DIVIDEND TIMETABLE

ScS Group plc ("ScS" or the "Company") today announces that the timetable for the proposed interim dividend for the for the 26 weeks ended 23 January 2016 (the "Interim Dividend"), previously announced in the Company's interim results released on 12 April 2016 has been amended as follows:

Ex-dividend date             5 May 2016 (previously 3 May 2016)

Record date                   6 May 2016 (previously 4 May 2016)

All other information relating to the Interim Dividend remains unchanged.
