Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement on 8 March 2016 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015, Foxtons Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2015.

The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am on Wednesday 18 May 2016 at the Company's head office at Building One, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5BE.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk. They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2016 Annual General Meeting, are being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
