Kingspan Group plc (the "Company") announces that copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2016, and Electronic Proxy Form are available from today on the Company's website, and may be viewed and downloaded online at:

Hard copy documents are being posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them and are also available from the Company Secretary at the Company's registered office at Dublin Road, Kingscourt, County Cavan.

Copies of the above documents will be submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority where they will be available for inspection.
