Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company has been informed that David Barnbrook, a Director of the Company, has today sold 1,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £16.25 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the sale David Barnbrook holds 20,453 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, David holds remaining options over 23,325 ordinary shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.
