The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a director of the Company, that on 31 March 2016 he gifted 100,000 of his ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital) to his son, who is of majority age.

As a result Nicholas Thompson's holding now amounts to 16,502,411 ordinary shares, representing 9.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
